By enrolling in our investment education program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not enroll in our courses.

To enroll in our investment education courses, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• Provide accurate personal and contact information during registration
• Agree to use course materials for educational purposes only

Our investment education materials are provided for personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any course content without written permission from Braviontamedia.

All course materials, including videos, presentations, worksheets, and written content, are the exclusive property of Braviontamedia and are protected by intellectual property laws. Students receive a limited license to use materials for personal educational purposes only.

Course fees are payable in South African Rand (ZAR) according to the pricing schedule displayed at enrollment. Payment must be completed before course access is granted. All fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Braviontamedia provides investment education for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for any financial losses or investment decisions made based on course content. All investment activities carry inherent risks, and students should seek professional financial advice before making investment decisions.

We reserve the right to terminate course access for violations of these terms, including unauthorized sharing of materials or inappropriate conduct during course activities. Upon termination, all access rights cease immediately.

Braviontamedia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email. Continued use of course materials after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or course enrollment will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
